Upon approval of the I-130 petition, how long it takes before you can ...I submitted the I-130 on April 18, 2022 for my wife who is currently in Pakistan while I am here in The United States of America. It has been almost 9 months and all I have seen is that my case is still being actively reviewed. I did see the case processing time told me a case decision will be made in 2 months. .
