The latch on the inside will raise; however, it does not release the door. You have to roll the window down and reach outside and use the exterior handle. On occasion the inside will work. The A/C compressor does not automatically turn on when you select defrost. You must turn the A/C compressor on with the on/off switch. As for the blend door/valve issue, it is either a adjustment or blockage issue. The blend door is connected to the selection knob by either a cable or rod.. L nutra
The hydraulic oil for steering comes from the tank, to the steering pump mounted on the right side of your engine, then to the steering valve. Usually the noise and stiff steering on an RTV is from a bushing in the column right below your steering wheel.
